SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Kreem Hive, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time! Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery timelines, and rates across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Courier Charges: We charge a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 on orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above PKR AMOUNT,  5,000.

2. Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Rawalpindi. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot): 2 to 4 business days

  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 to 7 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and official Pakistani public/gazetted holidays.

3. Payment Methods Accepted

To make shopping convenient for you, we accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Prepayments: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, PayPak), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Direct Bank Transfer.

4. Order Verification Process (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  1. Once you place an order, our team may contact you via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your details.

  2. Orders will only be processed once verified. Unresponsive or unverified orders may be canceled after 48 hours.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an SMS and Email containing your Courier Tracking Number and a tracking link.

  • You can use this tracking link on the respective courier's portal (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx, M&P) to track your parcel in real-time.

6. Delivery Rules & Guidelines

  • Inspection Before Payment: As per standard courier company policies in Pakistan, delivery riders will not allow you to open or inspect the parcel before paying for COD orders. If you notice any damage, defect, or missing item after opening, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Incomplete Address: Please provide a complete address including Street/House Number, Area, Landmark, and City. Incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or parcel returns.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or fail to receive the parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping returned parcels may incur additional delivery charges.

7. Uncontrollable Delays

While we try our best to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions or heavy rains/flooding

  • Road blockages, VIP movements, or political rallies/strikes

  • Operational delays during peak festive seasons (e.g., Eid sales, Black Friday/Blessed Friday sales)

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier company to expedite delivery.
