  • Product Colors & Display: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, exact color accuracy depends on your device's screen settings and lighting during product photography.

  • Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Changes & Availability: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, discontinue any product at any time, or decline orders at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order on Kreem Hive constitutes an offer to buy. An order is only confirmed once you receive an official order confirmation (via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or phone call verification).

  • Order Verification (Call/SMS): For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to contact you via call or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatching. Unverified orders may be canceled.

  • Order Cancellation: You may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing it, or before the parcel is dispatched. Once dispatched with the courier service, orders cannot be canceled midway.

  • Personal Use Only: Products purchased from Kreem Hive are strictly for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through the following methods in Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, PayPak via secure payment gateways)

  • Mobile Wallets & Online Transfers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Direct Bank Transfer)

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information. If paying via Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the account/card used.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Courier Partners: Deliveries within Pakistan are handled by third-party courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, CallCourier, Trax, PostEx).

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Major cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, etc.): 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of Pakistan / Rural Areas: 3–7 business days.

  • Uncontrollable Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Kreem Hive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, road blockages, strikes, national holidays, courier operational issues, or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

  • Non-Delivery / Refusal: Refusing a genuine Cash on Delivery parcel at the doorstep without prior valid notice may result in your address/phone number being blacklisted for future COD orders on our platform.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All purchases, returns, and exchanges are strictly governed by our Return and Refund Policy [INSERT HYPERLINK].

  • Customers in Pakistan must report damaged, incorrect, or defective items within 48 hours of parcel delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics, custom/stitched items, sale items) are non-returnable.

Shopify is not responsible or liable for any sales transactions, damages, or claims arising from your purchases with Kreem Hive.
